Return policy

Stinaa.J offers free returns and exchanges within Sweden, Europe, and the US. Customers from remote areas are kindly asked to cover the return shipping costs.

You may request the return/exchange of item/items within 60 days of the delivery of your order.

The items should not be handled more than necessary to determine their quality and fit. All items should be tried on a carpeted surface. Returns will only be accepted if a product, labels, original packaging, plastic cover of an outsole, and accessories are fully intact. If an item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Stinaa.J for the incurred value reduction.

Exchanges are subject to availability and are automated. When you submit an exchange and the system finds the new size available, the original order gets canceled, and a new – placed instead. You do not have to do anything – the original payment applies and we match the price.
Please note that the exchanges work only for the same product (different colors).

All claims should be submitted together with a detailed description of flaws and attached images where we can see the issues.

We prefer that international orders be returned to us by DHL/UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured and compensated for by Stinaa.J.

Please write “Return of Swedish merchandise” on the outside of the shipping box and your package’s shipping documentation.

Refunds are made to the original purchase payment provider within 7 working days of the return being registered, delivered, inspected, and confirmed. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs for original orders will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, the VAT is included in the refund.
