Until now, all sports shoes have contained a generic insole with zero orthopedic functions – our mission is to change this and at the same time create awareness about how to protect and treat your body when exercising. Our shoe technology is based on 3D scans of millions of feet as well as decades of experience within the orthopedic field and working with professional athletes all around the world. In addition to this, they are produced in world-leading materials.

5-Bar insoles at the heart of Stinaa.J Sport
The insoles design is based on data from millions of 3D-foot scans. The insoles work on the total body alignment, activate the right muscle groups, and help the feet regain their strength after each step. 5-Bar insoles offer ultimate support, cushioning, and control. Our patented 5-Bar System works with five support zones (bars) to create comfort, support, and relief for your feet. The three horizontal bars support the three arches of the foot: they help the foot to move, shock-absorb, and make it regain its natural position – preventing the feet from ending up in positions that can cause injury. The two vertical bars create stability by straightening the feet, knees, and hips so that the pressure is distributed evenly.
The insoles have six layers, all made from world-leading materials developed by the space industry. The medical memory foam layer carefully molds the insoles after the shape of your feet. The Medical Poron layer helps shock absorption. The insoles help heal your body as well as prevent future injuries. The insoles are a part of all our ONE Sport shoes, are removable, and are free to use in any shoe.

Running and power walking are great ways to stay in shape, but wearing the wrong shoes can do more damage than good. ONE Running shoes are designed to provide the ultimate support for all types of walkers and runners – even the most experienced runners will benefit from their unique qualities.
The 5-Bar orthopedic insoles in One Running ensure that your feet stay in their neutral position throughout the workout and give your feet the perfect cushioning and support. The materials in the midsole provide maximum shock absorption, the biomechanical gold bridge (S-M-C) provides maximum stability, and the sole gives you a good grip no matter the surface.
One Racket
Playing racket sports is a popular and efficient form of exercise, but also the source of many torn hamstrings and injuries on the feet, lower legs, knees, hips, and back.
ONE Racket is the ultimate shoe for indoor racket sports as well as other indoor sports and weight training. The orthopedic technical inside works together with an extra-long stability bridge (S-M-C) which helps control the movements of both the heel and the forefoot. The U-shaped black TPU support for the heel provides maximum stability to keep the foot in a neutral position during the concentric and eccentric movements the foot is exposed to when practicing these sports.
What’s more, it looks great both on the court and in the gym.
One Golf
Although golf is a low-intensity sport it comes with its own challenges – you walk long distances on unstable surfaces and hilly terrains.The players perform complex rotational movements to either left or right every time they swing the club.
We took all these factors into consideration and created an orthopedic golf shoe that aims to reduce unnecessary stress injuries that can occur in the foot, lower leg, knee, hip, or back. The TPU in our reinforced heel section provides maximum stability and the stability bridge (S-M-C) helps control the movements of the foot. The midsole is developed from our running shoe, ensuring a comfortable day on the golf course.
One Hiking
Walking in uneven terrain, uphill and downhill, demands a lot from the shoes you wear – especially considering that you usually carry a heavy backpack as you do it. Add to that the heat, cold, and varying amount of moisture that affects the inside of the shoes. All this was taken into consideration when creating the ONE Hiking boot.
Our orthopedic insole provides the best stability, relief as well as shock absorption for your feet. The bridge (S-M-C) is placed where the foot needs the most support based on the external and internal forces to which it is exposed
