Until now, most sports shoes have used generic insoles with minimal orthopedic functions. Our mission is to change this while raising awareness about protecting and caring for your body during exercise. Our shoe technology is based on 3D scans of millions of feet, combined with decades of experience in the orthopedic field and working with professional athletes worldwide. In addition, our shoes are produced using world-leading materials.
At the heart of our innovation is our patented 5-Bar orthopedic insole. Unique in its design, the orthopedic insole is engineered to provide relief, promote proper body alignment, activate the foot, and help it regain its original shape and natural function. It aims to offer ultimate support, cushioning, and control, while a layer of memory foam creates a custom-made fit.

5-Bar insoles at the heart of Stinaa.J Sport
The design of the insoles is based on data from millions of 3D foot scans. The insoles are engineered to promote total body alignment, activate the right muscle groups, and help the feet regain strength with each step. The 5-Bar insoles aim to offer optimal support, cushioning, and control. Our patented 5-Bar System works with five support zones (bars) to provide comfort, support, and relief for your feet. The three horizontal bars support the foot’s arches: they help the foot move, absorb shock, and return to its natural position—helping to prevent the feet from ending up in positions that may lead to injury. The two vertical bars provide stability by helping to align the feet, knees, and hips, ensuring even pressure distribution.
The insoles are made of six layers, each crafted from high-quality materials developed by the space industry. The medical-grade memory foam layer is designed to adapt to the shape of your feet. The medical poron layer is intended to enhance shock absorption. The insoles are designed to provide support and may contribute to reducing the risk of future injuries. They are included in all our ONE Sport shoes, are removable, and can be used in other footwear.

Orthopedic Running Shoes
Running and power walking are great ways to stay in shape, but wearing the wrong shoes can do more damage than good. ONE Running shoes are designed to offer support for all types of walkers and runners—even experienced runners may benefit from their unique features.
The 5-Bar orthopedic insoles in ONE Running are intended to help keep your feet in a neutral position throughout your workout, providing cushioning and support. The midsole materials are engineered to enhance shock absorption, the biomechanical gold bridge (S-M-C) is designed to promote stability, and the sole offers a strong grip on various surfaces.
ONE Racket
Playing racket sports is a popular and effective form of exercise, but it can also be the source of torn hamstrings and injuries to the feet, lower legs, knees, hips, and back.
ONE Racket is the ultimate shoe for indoor racket sports, as well as other indoor activities and weight training. The orthopedic insole works in conjunction with an extra-long stability bridge (S-M-C) to help control the movements of both the heel and forefoot. The U-shaped black TPU support for the heel is designed to provide stability, helping to keep the foot in a neutral position during the concentric and eccentric movements involved in these sports.
Additionally, it looks great both on the court and in the gym.
Coming Soon – ONE Golf
Although golf is considered a low-intensity sport, it comes with its own challenges—you walk long distances on uneven surfaces and hilly terrain. Players perform complex rotational movements to either the left or right every time they swing the club.
We took all these factors into consideration and designed an orthopedic golf shoe that aims to help reduce the risk of stress injuries in the foot, lower leg, knee, hip, or back. The TPU in our reinforced heel section is designed to provide stability, and the stability bridge (S-M-C) helps control foot movements. The midsole is adapted from our running shoe technology, ensuring comfort throughout your day on the golf course.

Walking on uneven terrain, both uphill and downhill, places significant demands on your shoes—especially when carrying a heavy backpack. Add to that the effects of heat, cold, and varying levels of moisture inside the shoes. All these factors were considered when designing the ONE Hiking boot.
Our orthopedic insole is designed to provide stability, relief, and shock absorption for your feet. The bridge (S-M-C) is strategically placed where the foot needs the most support, based on the external and internal forces it encounters.
The rubber outsole is engineered to provide a strong grip on various surfaces, giving you optimal conditions for a smooth and comfortable hike.
ONE Hunting
Walking on uneven terrain, both uphill and downhill, demands more from your shoes—especially when carrying heavy equipment. In addition, heat, cold, and varying amounts of moisture affect the inside of the shoes. All of these factors were considered when designing the ONE Hunting shoes.
Our orthopedic insole is designed to provide stability, relief, and shock absorption. The bridge (S-M-C) is strategically placed where the foot requires the most support based on the external and internal forces it encounters. The rubber outsole is engineered to provide a strong grip on various surfaces, giving optimal conditions for a smooth and comfortable hunting experience.
