When will I receive my refund?

The sooner you submit and send your return, the sooner we will be able to process it and refund the money. Refunds are made to the original purchase payment provider within 7 working days of the returned item/items having been registered, delivered, inspected, and approved by our warehouse.

Please note that additional duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, the VAT is included in the refund.
