After completing an online purchase an order confirmation is sent to the registered email adress. Please note that each digital order confirmation contains an order number and all the details related to your purchase, and is a legitimate receipt. Keep the order confirmation close until you have received and are fully satisfied with your purchase.
The stock status of our products is updated in real time. However Stinaa.J does not guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of your purchase. In the event that an item is unavailable, Stinaa.J will contact you shortly.
The prices include a VAT of 25%. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We do not charge any extra fees or taxes. However, we do charge the order delivery costs in case or return/exchange.
Stinaa.J insures each package during the time of its delivery and transit. All orders require your validation upon delivery, as the responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a validation by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery by Stinaa.J.
Returns, exchanges and claims
Please note that the Swedish ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act” applies to Stinaa.J’s online store. We offer free returns within Sweden and Europe. Customers from remote areas are kindly asked to cover the shipping costs (please scroll down to see the return adress and recommendations).
You may request the return/exchange of item/items during 14 days upon the delivery of your order.
The items should not be handled more than necessary to determine the quality and fit. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid damage of the outsole. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if a product, labels, original packaging, plastic cover of an outsole and accessories are fully intact. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Stinaa.J for the incurred value reduction.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We accept exchanges for all the customers who pay with Klarna. When you submit an exchange – please comment on what shoe model/color and size you would like to receive instead. Follow the instruction and send back the shoes from your original order. A new Klarna invoice is generated and sent to you, click on the link and proceed with the payment.
For other order where a customer pays by card/PayPal – the exchanges are handled as returns. A customer returns a product and places a new order.

The original order gets canceled and refunded when the original product is delivered, inspected, and accepted at our warehouse. Please note, that if the original product was discounted, a customer is eligible to keep the discount and apply it to the exchange. We then match the discount´s amount/percent. To get the discount code, please e-mail your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Claims may be submitted within 2 months upon the discovery of flaw/damage. All claims should be submitted together with a detailed description of flaws and attached images where we can clearly see the issues. We kindly ask you not to send the claimed product to us directly after you receive the return label (Sweden/Europe) – please, allow our customer care agent to get back to you first.

We prefer that international orders are returned to us by DHL or UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured nor compensated for by Stinaa.J.

Please write “Return of Swedish merchandise” on the outside of the shipping box and on your package’s shipping documentation.
Refunds are made to the original purchase payment provider within 7 days upon the return is registered, delivered, inspected and confirmed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, the VAT is included in the refund.

If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Inaccuracies on the website
Stinaa.J cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Stinaa.J strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its webshop, errors may occur. Stinaa.J may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
