How do I return an item

You may request a return of items within 60 days of receiving your order.

We offer free returns within Sweden, Europe, and the US.

Customers from remote areas will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. You may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that Stinaa.J is not responsible for items lost in transit if they are not insured. Please write “Return of Swedish merchandise” on the outside of the shipping box and in your package’s shipping documentation. Use the following address to return the merchandise:
