Return policy

Stinaa.J offers free returns and exchanges within Sweden, Europe, and the US. Customers from remote areas will be asked to cover the return shipping costs.

You may request the return or exchange of items within 60 days of receiving your order.

Items should not be handled more than necessary to assess their quality and fit. All items must be tried on a carpeted surface. Returns will only be accepted if the product, labels, original packaging, plastic cover of the outsole, and accessories are fully intact. If an item has been handled beyond what is deemed necessary, the customer may be required to compensate Stinaa.J for any loss in value.

Exchanges are subject to availability and are automated. When you request an exchange and the system finds the new size available, the original order will be canceled, and a new order will be placed automatically. You don’t need to take action — the original payment will apply, and we will match the price. Please note that exchanges are only available for the same product (including different colors).

All claims should be submitted with a detailed description of the flaws and attached images clearly showing the issues.

We recommend using DHL or UPS for international orders to ensure the items are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods using any secure shipping method. Please note that Stinaa.J is not liable for items lost in transit if they are not returned using an insured carrier.

Please write “Return of Swedish merchandise” outside the shipping box and in the shipping documentation.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after the return is registered, delivered, inspected, and approved. Please note that additional duties, taxes, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT is included in the refund.
