How to walk in heels

Our best tips

  • Keep a straight back and pull your shoulders back slightly for a stable posture.
  • Take shorter steps for a more elegant gait. Put each step directly in front of the previous one to activate your natural hip movement.
  • Put your heel down first in each step and finish with your toe for the best stability.
