Can I exchange an item for another?
Exchanges are subject to availability.
We accept exchanges for all Klarna customers. Submit the exchange here.
When you submit an exchange – please comment on what shoe model/color and size you would like to receive instead. Follow the instruction and send back the shoes from your original order. A new Klarna invoice is generated and sent to you, click on the link and proceed with the payment.
For other order where a customer pays by card/PayPal – the exchanges are handled as returns. You need to return the original product and place a new order. We recommend to place a new order as soon as you can, to be able to secure the shoes of your choice. Please submit your return here.
