Can I exchange an item for another?

We offer free exchanges within Sweden, Europe, and the US. The 60-day policy applies.

Choose reason – “exchange”, comment and proceed to the next step. In the next step, you choose the color and the size you would like to exchange to.

Exchanges are subject to availability and they are fully automated. When you submit an exchange, and we confirm it – the original order gets canceled, and a new – placed instead. We match the price and the original payment applies – you do not have to do anything except return the original pair.

Please note that the exchanges work only for the same product – different or same color, different or same size.
