They are intended to help align your body while standing, walking, and running. The premium cushioning materials in the insoles are designed to mold to your feet, providing a personalized fit. If you do not have access to a foot measuring tape, you can use a piece of paper. It is important to stand up because the foot is pushed out a few millimeters when it is loaded by the body weight.
How do I measure my foot?
Slide the paper against the wall and place the foot on the paper with the heel against the wall. Draw a line in front of the longest toe and measure with a ruler. Measure both feet as it is not uncommon for one foot to be slightly larger than the other. Type in the measurement results in our “Size Helper” to find your perfect fit.
