When will I receive my refund?

The sooner you submit and send your return, the sooner we can process it and issue your refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days after the returned item(s) have been registered, delivered, inspected, and approved by our warehouse.

Please note that additional duties, taxes, and shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT is included in the refund.
