Flat shoes are equipped with the 5-Bar System, a high-tech orthopedic insole developed to provide maximum support for your feet and body when you stand, walk, and run. In many of our flat shoes the insole is removable, allowing you to switch it between different pairs. The 5-Bar System is also available for purchase separately.
All Stinaa.J heels are equipped with the 3-Step System, a unique orthopedic insole designed specifically for high-heeled shoes. High heels significantly increase the strain on your feet, legs, knees, and back. With the 3-Step System, we have achieved optimal load distribution. The shape of the insole, combined with its unique “step function,” relieves pressure on your feet and entire musculoskeletal system to the greatest extent possible, both when standing still and when in motion.
