Thank you for visiting our webshop on the website Stinaaj.com (hereafter the ”Site”) published by Stinaa.J Form AB (hereafter ”Stinaa.J”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our webshop. By ticking the box next to the Terms and Conditions on our Site you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Stinaa.J at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Orders & Availability

Stinaa.J has set up a webshop on the Site and customers may place their orders through the webshop. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Stinaa.J does not guarantee that all items included in the Stinaa.J webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Stinaa.J will contact you shortly by email.


The prices include Swedish VAT at 25%. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Please view the SHIPPING section below for shipping charges.


Stinaa.J insures each package during its time in transit and until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Stinaa.J.

Exchanges & Returns

Please note that the Swedish ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act” applies to Stinaa.J’s sales on the Site. During 14 days following the delivery of your order you may request the exchange or refund of items,  which you must return to us in an unused condition. You may not handle the item more than necessary to determine the item’s qualities and fit. Returns will only be accepted if labels, such as, but not limited to, hangtags, and original packaging are fully intact. Stinaa.J cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Stinaa.J for the incurred value reduction. All exchanges are subject to availability and can only be made to another size or color as the originally bought item.

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. However, Stinaa.J will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

In addition to the guidelines above the following bullet points are important to observe when handling your item:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and the items must be in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. 
  • Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Stinaa.J cannot accept returns where labels have or the plastic cover on the sole have been removed.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Stinaa.J. To have your return or exchange insured by Stinaa.J please use the return label included in your package from Stinaa.J and follow the instructions below. We prefer that international orders are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured and compensated for by Stinaa.J unless the return label has been used.

Refunds for returned items will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card within seven days of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

If you have chosen to pay using Klarna, your invoice will be updated within seven days. If you have not yet paid your invoice you can deduct the price of the item and only pay the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and the administration fee. An updated invoice will be sent out by Klarna.

Non-Collected Items

TIf a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.


If you receive a faulty item or the item does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us at: support@stinaaj.com for further consultation. Stinaa.J is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability. You must return the item you consider faulty to us within a 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

Inaccuracies on the website

Stinaa.J cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Stinaa.J strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its webshop, errors may occur. Stinaa.J may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.

GDPR - Managing your personal data at StinaaJ

On May 25, 2018 a new law will apply: GDPR. GDPR is a common law that will apply all over Europe. In Sweden, GDPR replaces the Personal Data Act (PUL), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. With GDPR, all organizations, commercial actors and companies must have greater responsibility for controlling their clients personal data. For Swedish customers you can read more here:

StinaaJ is responsible for the processing of personal data that you provide to us as a customer and these are processed by us to manage your purchases, as well as for marketing purposes if you subscribed to the newsletter. StinaaJ does not disclose personal information, e-mail addresses or other customer information to third parties other than those mentioned in the two items below.

StinaaJ has the following obligations as an e-commerce supplier to ensure that your information is processed as follows;


  • We store your name, address, email and phone details so as to deliver your ordered product.

  • We store your name, address, email and phone (mobile) and your social security number when buying a product

  • We will issue your data to a third party, in this case your address, to Postnord, who deliver the products and Klarna payment service

  • The same details are shared in our enterprise resource planning system Specter

  • You may at any time be deleted from the systems (subject to certain restrictions, such as the Bookkeeping act)

  • We store your data for purchase for 7 years due to the Bookkeeping act.

  • You are entitled to complain to the supervisory authority

  • You have the right to find out where the information came from, if you have not registered it yourself

  • In newsletters, we can send offers that are tailored to your data with us and you are entitled to know what we base our offers to you on for stored information.

  • You are entitled to receive an extract of all information we have about your account with us.


Use of cookies

A cookie is a text file stored on your computer. Cookies are usually used to improve the user experience of the site, for example, to customize a site according to the users wishes and choices. A permanent cookie remains on the visitor's computer for a certain amount of time. A session cookie is stored temporarily in the computer's memory while a visitor is on a web page. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

We do not use permanent cookies. Session cookies are used to check if you are logged in, or if you have placed a product in the shopping cart, and when using product filtering.

You can also choose to delete any cookie files at any time. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can choose to change settings in your web browser so that they are not accepted. By accepting cookies on your computer, StinaaJ considers that you grant your permission that cookies are used to visit us. StinaaJ uses Google Analytics as a tool to get an idea of ​​how our visitors use the site. We gather information to see how our users and our customers use our webpage and our different categories and pages. We learn from visitor statistics, for example, and we use reports of the visits to the site to improve content, navigation and structure. The information is not stored at StinaaJ. The Analysis tool uses cookies and the information generated by these through your use of the site is forwarded to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. StinaaJ uses an anonymization feature at Google Analytics, where the tool deletes the last digits of the visitor's IP address before the task is stored at Google. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or in cases where a third party treats the information on behalf of Google.
