Welcome to stinaaj.com (hereafter the ”site”). Explore fashionable orthopedic footwear on our site and online store. Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By ticking the box next to the Terms and Conditions you accept these terms. The Terms and Conditions may be modified by Stinaa.J at its sole discretion, without prior notice, at any time.

Orders

After completing an online purchase an order confirmation is sent to the registered email adress. Please note that each digital order confirmation contains an order number and all the details related to your purchase, and is a legitimate receipt. Keep the order confirmation close until you have received and are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Availability

The stock status of our products is updated in real time. However Stinaa.J does not guarantee that all items are in stock at the time of your purchase. In the event that an item is unavailable, Stinaa.J will contact you shortly.

Prices

The prices include a VAT of 25%. Shipping costs are added at checkout. We do not charge any extra fees or taxes.

Insurance

Stinaa.J insures each package during the time of its delivery and transit. All orders require your validation upon delivery, as the responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a validation by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery by Stinaa.J.

Returns, size exchanges and claims

Please note that the Swedish ”Distance and Doorstep Sales Act” applies to Stinaa.J’s online store. You may request a return/exchange of item/items during 60 days upon the delivery of your order. Read more in our return policy

Please register you return, size exchange or claim here and follow all the steps. A confirmation followed by a return shipping label will be sent to your e-mail shortly.

The shoes should not be handled more than necessary to determine the quality and fit. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface to avoid damage of the outsole. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if a product, labels, original packaging, plastic cover of an outsole and accessories are fully intact. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Stinaa.J for the incurred value reduction.

All exchanges are automated. When you submit an exchange and the system finds the new size available, the original order gets canceled and a new – placed instead. Please note that the new order is created for administrative purposes only –  we match both the price and the payment from the original order which means that you do not have to pay again. Please note that the exchanges only work for the same product, same price, but different size or color.

Claims may be submitted within 2 months upon the discovery of flaw/damage. All claims should be submitted together with a detailed description of flaws and attached images where we can clearly see the issues. We kindly ask you not to send the claimed product to us directly after you receive the return label (Sweden/Europe) – please, allow our customer care agent to get back to you first.

Refunds are made to the original purchase payment provider within 7 working days upon the return is registered, delivered, inspected and confirmed. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, the VAT is included in the refund.

We offer free returns and size exchanges within Sweden, Europe and the US.

✓ REMOTE AREAS
Customers from remote areas are kindly asked to cover the shipping costs. We prefer that international orders are returned to us by DHL or UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured nor compensated for by Stinaa.J.

Non-Collected Items

If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.

Inaccuracies on the website

Stinaa.J cannot guarantee that the content of the Site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Stinaa.J strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the Site and its webshop, errors may occur. Stinaa.J may at any time amend the content of the Site and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.
